About this divination

In this section, I would like to introduce you to one of the ways of laying out Tarot cards which, unlike most "classical" layouts that require you to act as a categorical oracle, gives the questioner complete freedom of action and decision-making.

The layout "The Way" answers the question "What should I do next?" in all areas—human relationships, work, old habits, and financial matters, as well as any situation in life. Unlike other layouts, it does not so much tell us "what will happen" as show us what we can do in the current situation. Thus, it encourages us to think and can offer a thinking person several options for solving a problem, not in a dark and confusing style, as is often the case with card layouts, whose meaning can sometimes only be understood after a long time, but in a completely clear and unambiguous way, so that you can start acting today.

So, what are our actions...

Ask yourself a question whose meaning should be: how should I behave in this situation? For example: "How should I behave with my supervisor tomorrow?" or: "What should I do to find a new job? (apartment, life partner, etc.)". Or: "How can I solve this problem?" Most importantly, the question should not be abstract, for example: "Will I ever find true love?" If you are already asking about this, the question should be formulated roughly like this: "What should I do to find true love?"

How to read the cards you receive

What exactly to read about each card depends on the position it occupies. The top card (1st position) should be read in the main text. It consists of sections that correspond to three life areas: work, mind and partner relationships. If your question does not match any of these, you need to refer to the general text, i.e. the description provided in the general meaning of the card (there is a link). This first position should explain what is the true essence of your question, what are your perspectives in the current situation and what you can expect from it.

Like the cards in the other six positions, the cards in the remaining six positions show "how you came to be in this situation" (2, 3 and 4 positions) and how you should act next (5, 6 and 7 positions). Since these paired cards correspond to the three levels of existence, they can also be interpreted as an analysis of these levels: 2 and 7 – mental level, mind, 3 and 6 – astral level, soul, emotions, 4 and 5 – physical level, body, behavior in society. These meanings are also provided in the card descriptions according to the positions.

Tip

After reading all seven of your card descriptions, try to connect them with each other, forming a general picture. Do not pay attention to the alleged contradictions, but try to delve deeper. The cards often show a discrepancy between your feelings (positions 3 and 6) and thoughts (positions 2 and 7) or that we behave completely differently (positions 4 and 5) than our true "self" requires.
